1. The service

Rori's Mail is a subscription information service. We publish statistical horse-racing ratings — model-generated place probabilities and derived "Fair Price" figures — for Australian metropolitan and Provincial-1 race meetings, delivered via Telegram. The free tier provides a daily Top 3; Rori's Mail VIP ($59/month) provides the Top 5 plus full cards.

2. Information only — not advice, not wagering

We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, and we hold no gambling licence because none is required to publish analysis. Nothing we publish is betting, financial, investment, or professional advice. All betting decisions you make are entirely your own.

3. No guarantees — ever

• Model outputs are statistical estimates. No outcome is guaranteed.
• All published strike rates, ROI figures, and historical results describe past performance only and must not be relied on as a predictor of future results.
• Ratings are produced by an automated model and published on a schedule; fields, scratchings, track conditions, and odds change after publication. It is your responsibility to check final fields before betting.
• Odds displayed are indicative only, captured at publication time.

4. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation

• VIP is billed at $59 AUD per month, recurring, via Stripe. Your card is charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal (link in your receipt email) or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then, and no partial-period refunds are owed for change of mind.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically; continued failure ends access.
• We may change the subscription price with 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

5. Refunds & your consumer rights

Subscriptions are digital content supplied immediately, so change-of-mind refunds are not offered once a billing period has started. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee (for example, it is not delivered as described), you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund. Contact us first; we'll sort it out.

6. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and located in Australia. By subscribing you confirm both. We may ask for proof and may cancel access without refund if this condition is breached.

8. Intellectual property & acceptable use

• The ratings, Fair Price figures, and sheet content are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access.
• No redistribution. Do not repost, resell, screenshot-and-resell, or feed our content into another service or group. We monitor for this; breach ends your subscription without refund.
• Some odds data is displayed under licence from Krok Odds. That licence covers our display to you — it does not transfer any right to you to redistribute it.

9. Service availability

We publish every scheduled race day by 10:30am AEST/AEDT. Meetings abandoned or transferred by racing authorities may be excluded or covered by posted notices. If the service is unavailable for more than 3 consecutive scheduled days, active subscribers may claim a pro-rata credit on request.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. This section does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We hold your name, email, and Telegram handle solely to deliver the service. We do not sell or share your data. Contact us to view or delete your information.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always at airori.au/terms. Material changes are notified to subscribers by email or channel post before they take effect.
